Ordering Remfry Protection

We can ship orders direct to you in most places around the world. Please consider any time difference between your location and South Australia (GMT+10:30).

To order, please include with your email:

• name and location 

• required pad(s) & sizes (or your height)

• choice of towel, leather, strapping and signature colours

• LH or RH batter and your

• Preferred method for payment (Bank transfer or PayPal/card payment)

• Phone number to add to shipping label and for tracking updates sent to Australian mobile numbers

 

Once we receive your order and then completed payment, we ​strive to have your pad(s) made and sent within three business days.

 

You will receive email tracking updates from Australia Post once the parcel is on the way (check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive these). If you are located outside of Australia, you can also use the tracking number through your local postal service tracking.  e.g.U.K - Royal Mail, New Zealand - NZ Post, USA - USPS. This might provide more detailed updates once the parcel has landed in the destination country.
